Terms & Conditions for the Celebrating Unity in Diversity Contest

Eligibility:

- Open to individuals aged 13 and above.
- Participants must have a valid email address and internet access.

How to Enter:

- Create a video aligned with the contest theme.

- Upload your video to the designated section on the iSabiTV app.

- Share your video link on social media (Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter), tag @iSabiTV, and use the hashtag #iSabiHolidayContest.
Submission Guidelines

- Open to all age groups, religions, and communities.

- Participants must complete their profile on the iSabiTV app, including a valid email, phone number, and profile picture.

- Social media handles are optional and publicly visible, while phone numbers and emails remain private.

- Submissions must be original, unpublished, and appropriate for all audiences.

- Videos should adhere to the theme and must not contain any form of sexualized content, including dress, appearance, or language.

- Submissions in local languages are welcome but must include English subtitles.

- This holiday-themed contest encourages content reflecting unity and shared humanity, without focusing on specific religious festivals.

Content Requirements:

- Videos must not exceed 3 minutes and should highlight how communities celebrate December as a season of love, peace, and togetherness.

Suggested topics include:

 1. Festive Traditions: Show cultural, spiritual, or communal holiday practices.
 2. Acts of Kindness: Highlight charitable initiatives promoting unity and compassion.
 3. Cultural Heritage: Share art forms, proverbs, or unique holiday traditions.

Key Dates:
- Contest Duration: December 5 – December 30, 2024.
- Submission Deadline: 11:59 PM (W.A.T) on December 30, 2024.
- Winner Announcement: January 3, 2025.

Winner Selection Criteria:

- Creativity and Originality (30%)
- Relevance to the Theme (25%)
- Quality of Submission (20%)
- Emotional Impact (25%)

Prizes:
- Grand Prize: $200 (two hundred dollars).

- Prizes are non-transferable and winners will be contacted via their registered email.

Winner Notification:

- Winners will be notified via email or SMS within two days of the contest closing.

- If no response is received within five days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity Release

- By participating, entrants grant iSabiTV the right to use their names, likenesses, and videos for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Disclaimers:

- All videos must be original and created by the participant.

- Entries containing inappropriate content will be disqualified.

- Participants under 18 must provide parental or guardian consent.

Privacy:

- Personal information collected will only be used for contest administration and will not be shared with third parties.
Disqualification

- Participants violating the rules or engaging in fraudulent activities may be disqualified.
