Terms & Conditions for SHOW YOUR TALENT Contest 

Eligibility:

- The contest is open to individuals aged 13 and above.
- Participants must have a valid email address and access to the internet.

Submission Guidelines:

- Each participant must sign up on the iSabiTV mobile App with a fully completed profile. 
- Must have a valid email,  phone number and profile picture. 
- Social media handles are desired but not required. 
- Please note - Your personal information (phone + email) is not open to the public. Only social media handles is visible to others
- Entries must be original and unpublished.
- Each participant can submit only one video entry.
- Videos should adhere to SHOW YOUR TALENT CONTEST themes. 
- All video submissions must be respectful and appropriate for all audiences.
- All Video submissions must be void of any form of sexualization. This is inclusive of dressing, appearance, language or insinuation of sexuality.

Content Requirements:

1. Singing Performance: Demonstrate your vocal talent using home beats. You can perform solo or collaborate with others.

2. Dancing Performance: Show off your dance skills by performing to any local song of your choice.

3. Acting Performance: Display your acting abilities through a 2-3 minute monologue or by recreating a memorable scene from a movie.

4. Submission: 
   - Download the iSabiTV App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
   - Register and navigate to the "Contests" section.
   - Select the appropriate Contest
   - Upload your video content.

5. Promotion: Share the link to your video submission with friends and family to encourage them to view and like your entry.

6. Winner Selection: 
(a)The winner will be determined by the video with the highest number of likes.
(b) The winner must have up to 100 followers to be declared the winner
(C) The winner must be following us on social before the win

- Any offensive or inappropriate content will result in immediate disqualification.
- By submitting an entry, participants grant the contest organizers the right to use and share their video for promotional purposes.
- All content submissions must be related to the Contest question and cannot deviate from such asked question(s)

Submission Deadline:

- Contest Duration: August 31st - September 14th 2024
- The deadline for video submissions is 11:59pm W.A.T,  September 13th, 2024. Late entries will not be considered.
- Winner will be announced on the 16th of September, 2024.

Winner Selection:

1. Creativity and originality (30%)
2. Cultural significance and storytelling (30%)
3. Photo/video quality and presentation (20%)
4. Engagement and audience participation (20%)

Prizes:

- The Ultimate winner with the most views will receive a cash prize of N200,000 (Two hundred thousand Naira Cash).
- Prizes are non-transferable and contact would be made using the registered email of the winning video.

Notification of Winners:

- The winner will be notified via email or sms within 2 days of the contest closing date.
- If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner may be selected.



Publicity Release:

- By participating, entrants agree to allow the use of their names, likenesses, and videos for promotional purposes without compensation.

Privacy:

- Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.

Disqualification:

- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike conduct.

Changes to the Contest:

- The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time for any reason without notice.

Acceptance of Terms:

- Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
